Who: Volunteers age 11+ who want to serve with purpose and get their hands dirty 💪
Every Thursday, we visit elderly and disabled neighbors in Midland who are no longer able to manage their yards on their own. We tackle one or more homes each evening—mowing, trimming, hauling off debris, and restoring dignity one lawn at a time.
What We Provide:
✔️ All tools and protective gear (PPE)
✔️ Water on-site (refillable bottles welcome)
✔️ A hot meal and time to connect after the work is done
✔️ Credit for volunteer/service hours

🌿 Volunteer Opportunity – April 26th Cleanup Day
🗓️ Date: Saturday, April 26th
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Location: 6311 S. County Road 1182, Midland, TX 79707
Join us for a major cleanup project to help an elderly couple reclaim their outdoor space. This yard has become unsafe and overwhelming for the homeowners, and your time and energy will make a huge difference.
We’ll be removing trash, hauling debris, and restoring order with the help of LK Specialties, who are generously providing a roll-off dumpster for the day.
We Provide:
✔️ All tools and PPE
✔️ Cold Water on-site (refillable bottles welcome)
✔️ A free meal for all volunteers afterward

Neighbors Eden Project is thrilled to announce our participation in the Mission Expo hosted by Crestview Baptist Church on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This is a wonderful opportunity for us to connect with the community, share our mission, and invite others to join us in making a difference. At our booth, you'll learn more about how we provide free lawn care services to elderly and disabled individuals who are unable to manage on their own.

Help Make a Difference for an Elderly Couple
Date: Saturday, January 18, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: 409 E. Estes Ave, Midland, TX 79701
We’re returning to assist Mr. and Mrs. Ceniceros, an elderly couple we began helping earlier this season. Mr. Ceniceros is disabled, and their yard still needs some extra attention. This time, we’re focused on wrapping up the project, including dismantling a dilapidated shed to restore their yard. Join us to complete this meaningful transformation for our neighbors!
Schedule
10:00 AM – Meet at 409 E. Estes Ave, Midland, TX 79701
10:15 AM – Begin yard work
1:00 PM – Wrap up and enjoy a meal together (on us!)

On November 9th, 2024, Neighbors Eden Project had the privilege of participating in this year's Veterans Day Celebration at Midland College. From the inspiring 5K run to the job fair and resource event filled with chili, community connections, and even a petting zoo, the day was a heartfelt tribute to the incredible service of our area veterans.
We’re grateful to everyone who came out to show their support and to the event organizers for including us in this impactful day. Let’s continue to honor our veterans, not just on this day, but every day.
